National Julienne Fries Day | Thin-Cut Baked Fries

Over 4th of July weekend, my family and I had a feast. We’re talking ribs, hot dogs, breaded french fries, and these baked fries. Told you it was a feast. But that’s really the only way to spend a holiday, right?

I find it a little weird that there is such a thing as National Julienne Fried Day. If you aren’t sure what julienned means, it’s a knife cut that means to cut into thin strips, kind of like matchstick carrots are. I love thin fries, so this worked out great for me and my preference.

What is your favorite kind of french fries?
