National Pecan Torte Day | Pecan Torte
There have been a ton of recipes lately involving pecans. Is it the season or something? (Well you wouldn’t know it by the prices; those things are expensive!)
Anyway, I have a pecan torte here because that’s what the food holidays made me do. I’m not mad though; I love the taste of pecans! Enjoy!
This is a very thin pecan torte because I was thinking about how much I love cookie cake, how thin and crispy it is, and I wanted to spread out the pecan torte a little more. Happy National Pecan Torte Day!
