National Moldy Cheese Day | Blue Cheese-Stuffed Figs with Honey Drizzle

Sooooo I don’t like moldy cheese. Eeeep! I always vow to only showcase the dishes I would eat because how can I bring you a recipe that even I don’t like? But, I think that moldy cheese and non-moldy cheese lovers will agree that blue cheeses are so potent, you either love them or you simply…don’t. I’m in the latter category and that’s not to say that I haven’t tried loving cheese from the blue cheese category, I have, but my taste for the stuff just doesn’t change.

Fortunately, I have a neighbor who feels differently, and although I opted out of tasting this delectable snack, my neighbor declared it awesome and tasty. That’s enough for me. She ate the whole bowl of these bite-sized treats. Also, I admit that they smelled pretty good while cooking in the toaster oven.
