National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day | Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Chocolate chip cookies pretty much speak for themselves, right? I don’t have too much to say about them other than I hope you enjoy. National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day should be celebrated by all.
National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day | Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter cups.
- Using your fingers, form 2-inch dough balls place 3 inches apart on an un-greased parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 9 minutes. Let the cookies sit for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Omg. You’re killing me. I’ve had such a sweet tooth lately and I could SO go for one of these dunked in some ahem, almond milk right now…lol. Seriously though, that picture just tells me that they’re perfectly gooey and soft. This isn’t fair! 😉
