National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day | Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup mini Reese's peanut butter cups

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter cups.
3. Using your fingers, form 2-inch dough balls place 3 inches apart on an un-greased parchment lined cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 9 minutes. Let the cookies sit for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
