Servicing an Older Air Conditioning Unit

There is something we learned very quickly once we purchased our first home and that is that owning a home is expensive. Unless you’re buying a brand new house, chances are you’ll have some home improvements that you need to do.

With cathedral ceilings, and being in Florida, the air is always on and actively running, but with a programmable thermostat that I can access from my phone, I can set the air to be a little more conservative is I know I’ll be out for the day. I can already tell a difference in the air after some cleaning of our unit and this installation.
