National Raspberries in Cream Day | Raspberries in Cream Tart

Yet another recipe where I used the fresh picked blueberries from family’s Georgia farm. It’s National Raspberries in Cream Day, but the blueberries just wanted to join the show, and the dessert is better for it. Blueberries in a dessert is always a great idea, especially when it’s summer and it’s a hot day.

National Raspberries in Cream Day | Raspberries in Cream Tart

Ingredients:

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 pints of raspberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together condensed milk and lemon juice. Fold in raspberries and blueberries.
  2. Spread cream cheese on the bottom and sides of crust. Fill crust with fruit mixture.
  3. Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until set.
